Since training at fit20 I’ve had no twinges or aches and pains, which is amazing. By using some of the muscles I didn’t before, I’ve been able to add strength to them. I’ve definitely become a lot stronger. My whole mindset is better too, because I am doing something to improve my overall fitness. I love the sessions that I have and the trainers are great. It’s a nice environment and it puts a smile on my face when I get here.
