In the 3 years I've been training at fit20 I have lost over 30kg! I’m not out of breath as much. I’m really surprised it has improved my cardiovascular ability as much as it has. This is uncommon in the fitness world in recent years but it works for our clients and for us, as they get better results and personal attention.
